A: We focus on fresh, delicious, seasonal real foods with a healthy flare. We are well versed in many different cuisines. We customize our menu offerings to suit your tastes.
Q: How much will Corcoran Caterers charge for my wedding day?
A: A good range for everything including appetizers, dinner, cake or dessert, staff, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and all catering equipment is $85 to $120 per person excluding alcohol and tax. We work creatively and diligently to meet your budgetary needs.
Q: Who will coordinate my wedding?
A: A wedding consultant will be assigned to meet all of your needs right up to the big day. We want you to rely on us to handle all the details, so you can enjoy your celebration.
Q: Can I provide my own alcohol?
A: Absolutely! We will even help you with quantity amounts and pairing wines with your menu. And no...there is no corkage fee.
Q: Are the menus featured here on your website your only "packages"?
A: Absolutely not! Our chefs create these menus as a sampling of our culinary passion put on paper. We prefer to combine our really delicious food with your visions for the big day. We create a completely individualized menu for your wedding that caters to your taste, guests, budget and venue.
Q: Do you "do" wedding cakes?
A: Another absolutely! Our own in-house pastry department is capable of turning your vision to your reality.
Q: How do I hold my date with Corcoran Caterers?
A: We ask for a $500 deposit to secure your event date. Revisions can be made throughout the planning process.
Q: Can you provide references?
A: Most definitely! It is totally understandable that one would like references before making such an important decision. Word of mouth is our best form of advertising.
Q: Do you offer a taste testing?
A: Taste testing appointments can be scheduled for events with a minimum of 90 guests. Your special day has to shine, so we know how important tasting our delicious fresh food is to you. And it's fun!
