Q: Do you make wedding cakes?
A: Yes!  The artists in our full-service Pastry Department can create a positively perfect cake for your special day!

Q: Do you provide cutlery and table linens?
A: Our extensive inventory of in-house rentals includes linens, tables and chairs, silver, china and stemware.

Q: Can you help me customize a menu?
A: Our chefs are skilled in many different cuisines, affording you the luxury of a truly customized menu for your event - whether it be a formal French Service dinner or a casual luncheon buffet.  Vegetarian and kosher options are also available.

Q: Is gratuity for waitstaff included in your estimates?
A: No, gratuity is neither included nor required.  Exemplary service is customarily rewarded at the client's discretion. 

Q: Are you a full-service caterer?
A: Yes. We are able to help with all details and concerns that may arise before and on the day of the event to help create the perfect atmosphere.

Q: Do you provide an on-site coordinator?
A: We can assign an Event Supervisor to be present at your gala to communicate with waitstaff, event site personnel and others to help ensure your event service is executed flawlessly.

Q: Will you be able to help choose a florist, photographer, and other service providers?
A: Absolutely!  We have a list of trusted vendors that we have worked with in the past, and whose services we can confidently recommend.
