About Us
Corcoran Caterers is called upon annually to provide conference support for three consecutive days for as many as 500 guests, with breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, reception and dinner.
Corcoran Caterers, Inc. is an independently owned and operated company with one location in Silver Spring, Maryland. In August 2002, Corcoran Caterers, Inc., built and occupied a new state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility. Currently, Corcoran Caterers Inc. has thirty full time employees.

As a small, exclusive catering firm founded in 1984 by Chuck Corcoran with a mission to create special events centered around remarkably good food, Corcoran Caterers has orchestrated elegant parties for Washington's most prominent hosts. The Corcoran team continues to delight its customers with the personal attention and creativity one expects when hosting an intimate dinner party as well as when called upon to create more elaborate events.
In addition to helping clients with fantastic one-time or annual events, Corcoran Caterers also serves clients who require conference services, such as the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and The National Institutes of Health.
